Giulio34-CLT

The Giulio34 and CLT – Community Land Trust brands were born from a shared and participatory process involving Calibro Zero and the working groups of the Fondazione di Comunità Porta Palazzo and CLT, through a co-design identity process.

Through a series of collaborative workshops, the core values and visions of the two projects clearly emerged: the home as a tangible dream, a new way of living rooted in community and belonging, and the pride of living in the Aurora neighborhood. These insights became the foundation for building the visual identity.

The goal was to develop two distinct yet coherent visual identities, capable of dialoguing through graphic resonances, while maintaining unique characteristics that reflect each project’s specific identity. The result is a flexible, recognizable, and open visual system, designed to express two complementary souls of the same territory.

Both brands were designed in harmony with the logo of the Fondazione Comunità Porta Palazzo, the promoter of the two initiatives, establishing a visual and conceptual relationship among the different entities involved. This approach reinforces the idea of an active community, able to build its own representation, language, and future together.
