Castel Maiolo

This branding project was made for a Turin based property developer and construction company. The aim was to launch ‘Castel Maiolo’, a new co-housing community realized within the architectural regeneration project of a XVIII century castle in Marentino, Turin, Italy.

The logomark enhance one of the main relevant architectural feature of the project: the presence of a Baroque Portal, designed by the famous architect Filippo Juvarra. The branding strategy aims thus at combine the innovative way of co-living with the prestige and history of the place. The project encompassed several branding materials, such as brochures, printed collateral, stationery and a promotional video realized with aerial footages.
