An inclusive place that tastes like home.
Starting from the concept of home, comfort and well-being, combined with the concept of a hybrid place, in which the bakery merges with the cafeteria, with the bistro and with the bar, we arrive at the idea of place as a container. In particular, CASASAC is a container of stories, the stories that from the bag of coffee, the bag of groceries, the bag of flour reach the users of the café. But it is also a container of the stories of the people, disadvantaged and not, who work in there.
The sound of the name is also reminiscent of the imagery of play, to meet the target audience of families, and brings back a fairy-tale universe and typical children’s tongue twisters.
At the naming level, we also play with the word palindrome to reflect the idea of the double entrance, facing the square and inside the courtyard, and the double structure of the venue, which acquire equal importance to emphasize the concepts of accessibility and equality.
